I’ve been struggling with anxiety lately. I didn’t even realize it until today, but that’s what it is. Which is why I was so glad to come across today’s verse. Anxiety really does weigh you down, and it’s totally unnecessary. Over and over again, the Bible tells us not to be anxious, but more often than not, being told not to do something isn’t exactly a sure-fire way to stop doing it.

Easier said than done, #AmIRight?

However, an encouraging word really can make a huge difference. Whether that encouraging word is reassurance, supportive, or inspirational it can change our mindset. I don’t know what you’re anxious about today, but I hope you know that all things are possible for the one who believes (Mark 9:23).
